David L. Limoges
Chief Technology Officer
David L. Limoges joined Emergent Medical Associates in January 2009 as its first Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Limoges is responsible for maintaining EMA’s current platform, providing strategic vision for enhancing EMA’s infrastructure and guiding all technology initiatives. As a member of the executive management team, Mr. Limoges works with the team to set company priorities and implement information technology processes that help improve EMA’s daily operations.
Before his appointment as the company's CTO, Limoges was a Supervisor at Alpine Electronics of America wherein he was responsible for managing the company’s helpdesk, LAN/WAN, network security, Cisco network devices, SAN, network and VoIP telecommunications infrastructure, and data center which serviced over 15 locations on a nationwide basis including Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil.
Mr. Limoges has hands on development and management expertise in a broad variety of software and hardware including Windows, Cisco (Routers, Security, and VoIP), Manage Desktop and Executive support, MS-Office, SQL and many more. He has worked in the field of IT for over 30 years. The first "big" computer he programmed was the IBM 360-F30 prior to joining the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy, Mr. Limoges worked for Hughes Aircraft Co. (Aerospace Manufacturing), The Walt Disney Company (Entertainment), KCAL9 TV Station in Los Angeles (Media), Merisel Inc. (Distribution) and Alpine Electronics of America (Automotive Audio Manufacturing).
Mr. Limoges earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Business of Entertainment Concentration (School of Cinema-Television) from the University of Southern California in 1998.
